Neu Media Technology Ranks Top 3 on the Odoo Singapore Partner Leaderboard for Q3 2026

A milestone for our team. A thank-you to the businesses that place their trust in us.

We are delighted to share that Neu Media Technology SG Pte. Ltd. has been placed top 3 in the Singapore Q3 2026 rankings on the Odoo Partner Leaderboard.

This is a moment we are proud to celebrate—and an opportunity to recognise the people behind it.

To our clients who invite us into their businesses, share their operational challenges and work alongside our team: thank you. To our colleagues, partners and the Odoo team who support that work: this milestone belongs to you too.

As an Official Odoo Silver Partner in Singapore, Neu Media Technology provides Odoo ERP implementation, customisation, integration and ongoing support. Our focus remains on helping businesses build systems around their operational needs.

For us, recognition is meaningful when it reinforces the responsibility that comes with being a technology partner: listening carefully, implementing thoughtfully and remaining committed beyond the initial deployment.

Understanding the Q3 2026 Odoo Leaderboard recognition

The leaderboard evaluates partners through its PACT framework: Performance, Attitude & Engagement, Community & Ecosystem, and Teamwork. Published criteria span commercial performance, customer retention, certifications, training, community contributions and collaboration, with monthly scores averaged for the quarter.

We see this recognition as encouragement to continue investing in the work that matters to our clients and the wider Odoo community.

What we want this milestone to stand for

For a business considering ERP, a good partner ranking is a useful starting point for learning about an reliable and supportive Odoo ERP provider.

The next conversation should be about your business.

Can the team understand how an order moves from sales to delivery and invoicing? Can they explain which processes need improvement before automation? Will they prepare your users for the change and support them when the system becomes part of everyday work?

Those are the questions we want prospective clients to ask us.

Our commitment is not simply to introduce another application or module. It is to help businesses establish clearer workflows, more connected information and a practical foundation for growth.

Understanding the business before configuring the system

Neu Media Technology’s implementation approach begins with business goals, operational workflows, reporting requirements, approvals and data dependencies. That understanding informs the project scope, module selection, configuration and any necessary customisation.

A useful ERP discussion should identify both the standard process and its exceptions.

What happens when only part of an order is delivered? Who authorises additional work? Which information does finance need before billing? What must management be able to see without asking several departments for updates?

We believe these details deserve attention early—not only after the software has been installed.

Connecting implementation with training and long-term support

Our Odoo services cover implementation, customisation, integration, migration, training, support and maintenance. This allows the discussion to extend beyond initial setup to adoption, operational continuity and future improvements.

For our team, go-live should be a transition into practical use—not the point at which the relationship ends.

As requirements evolve, the next step may be refining a report, improving an approval process, connecting another system or assessing an upgrade. Each improvement should have a clear purpose and an agreed scope.

The work behind our approach

Our published client projects help illustrate the kinds of challenges we work on—and why understanding the business matters.

OMS Oilfield Services: connecting engineering information and change control

Our work with OMS Oilfield Services addressed complex engineering requirements involving multi-level bills of materials, part-number management, engineering changes and document control.

The project included customised engineering-change workflows and document management aligned with the client’s BOM structure. Implementation preparation also included rehearsals and data-migration simulations.

This is the kind of work that makes ERP implementation more than selecting modules. The system needs to reflect how information is controlled, how changes are approved and how different teams use the resulting records.

CXA Group: from system stabilisation to further development

Our published CXA Group case study describes a different starting point: stabilising an existing Odoo environment before moving into an upgrade and further development.

The subsequent work included a tailored helpdesk ticket-assignment solution, developed around the organisation’s operational requirements and through collaboration with its team.

The lesson we take from projects like this is that digital transformation does not always begin with a new implementation. Sometimes the priority is to understand an existing system, address its limitations and create a more dependable foundation for improvement.

These examples reflect different business needs. They share the same implementation principle: understand the operational challenge before deciding how technology should address it.

Making workflow automation and AI practical

Alongside ERP implementation, Neu Media Technology’s AI offering includes document-processing workflows, predictive analytics, anomaly detection and business reporting connected with ERP data.

Our aim is to make these capabilities relevant to everyday work.

The starting question should not be, “How much AI can we add?”

It should be, “Which task needs to become easier, more consistent or better informed?”

That might involve reducing repetitive administration, helping users review information or drawing attention to an exception. Some requirements may be addressed through ordinary workflow rules; others may justify AI assistance or additional integration.

Whatever the approach, we want the discussion to include data quality, user responsibilities, appropriate review and the practical costs of maintaining the solution.

Innovation matters most when the business can understand and use it.

Thank you to the people behind this milestone

To our clients

Thank you for trusting us with systems that support your day-to-day operations.

We appreciate the time you invest in explaining your processes, reviewing proposed workflows, preparing data, testing changes and helping your teams adapt.

Your questions and feedback make the work more meaningful. They keep our focus on the realities of running a business—not simply the features available in the software.

To our team

Thank you for the care you bring to consultation, configuration, development, testing, training and support.

The visible milestones are worth celebrating. So is the less visible work: investigating a difficult issue, explaining a process patiently, checking a migration or helping a user become more confident.

To Odoo and our partners

Thank you for the collaboration, knowledge-sharing and opportunities to keep learning.

We value being part of an ecosystem where technology, implementation expertise and practical business experience can come together.

Looking ahead: the work continues

We are proud of this milestone, but our focus remains on what comes next for the businesses we serve.

We want to keep improving how we understand requirements, communicate project scope, support user adoption and help clients evaluate new capabilities.

For Singapore SMEs, the right next step will differ. One business may need a more connected sales and accounting workflow. Another may need better inventory control, manufacturing information, service coordination or support for an existing Odoo system.

Our role is to help clarify that next step—not assume that every organisation needs the same solution.

Recognition is something to celebrate. Client trust is something to continue earning.
